VCI came did an excellent job on my rental property. We where in a real jam when discovers due to improper flashing a whole wall was rotted. Tim and his crew did a quick and quality job. Fixed the flashing problem and had to replace the whole wall inside and out with windows and front door. They had to reframe the whole wall new sheet rock, insulation and replaced reinstalled the vinyl siding. Have this done quickly was important so I didn't loose income from the property. The job came out amazing everything was matched up perfect. They also remodeled a bathroom for me in a different unit. Came out great! My wife and I are planing on having VCI Remodel our kitchen in our home next. Hoping to plan it while we are in vacationing.

Tim was amazing! We had a couple of projects to tackle, full kitchen renovation, basement renovation, siding, window repair, framing and sheetrock. He listened attentively and responded thoughtfully to all our ideas and concerns on each project. He always communicated clearly and effectively to make us understand what was being done for each project. What we appreciated the most was his quality of work. During our kitchen renovation, basement renovation, siding and etc. he showed pride in his work, going above and beyond to ensure excellence. As a client I was very meticulous on all the projects that were being done. He would always take the time to explain and give feedback when needed. Overall, our Kitchen came out beautiful with lighting from the new window that was installed. The framing was done well, you’d think it was part of the house when we bought it. Part of the basement was done as well, it was completely modernized. Tim was a pleasure to work with and I will continue to work with him for future projects will might have.

VCI was great to work with. We hired them to redo our kitchen. The team they have are safe, great at coming up with new ideas and clean. Our kitchen is now the highlight of our home!
