I was BLOWN AWAY with Soudi's vision. I was trying to sell my condo for a few months before I hired her. It sold within a WEEK of having her create the atmosphere that invited buyers through staging. I cannot speak more highly of her professionalism, tact, design, promptness, and most importantly talent. I call her my angel. HIGHLY recommend.

Soudi did an amazing job staging a listing and turned the whole project around in a week. She made the house look warm and cozy...she gave great advice. I loved her staging so much that I’d like her to come and design my house....and give it the cohesiveness it needs.

I would charge a flat fee for my design services. My design philosophy is "DESIGN IS NOT A LUXURY OF LIFE IT IS A NECESSITY OF LIFE". Interior design should be flexible and affordable for everyone. Our process start as follows: 1- A free phone consultation 2-visits home or review photos and floor plan 3-detailed proposal 4- sign proposal 5- Begin job Different flat fee for the different project makes it happen! Below you would find different services is provided by Soudi . Fees are related to the project size . *Home Consultation Home consultation to assess your needs and provide direction for your project. What's Included In An In-Home Consultation: An intensive and customized design ideas for your home Walkthrough of each room to determine your style and how you live Recommendations for furniture layout Help to define a comfortable budget Paint color selection Window treatment ideas Lighting ideas Ideas for new furniture and furnishings Styling tips Ideas on how to mix patterns, styles, antiques and heirloom pieces Explanation of the design process and what to expect Answer any other questions you may have. *In-Home color Consultation * One-day Makeover Consultation *Window Treatment consultation *Styling Session (Finishing Touches) 8 hours * FULL-SERVICE DESIGN Our Full-Service Design Service refers to a whole room, whole home or a block of rooms, where we create a design plan from concept to the final installation; managing the entire process for you. Full service applies even if you already own some of the furnishings that will be used. Our minimum service fee for a Full-Service Project is $3500 regardless of project size.
