We were in a crunch, our tenants moved out and our home was going on the market only a couple days later. After reaching out to a few companies with no or a very late response, Deb got back to us immediately and was able to get to our property the next day! Absolutely awful. I thoroughly explained that we have been traveling and working. We stated that we needed laundry and a deep clean of each room. I expected this to take many hours. Instead Debbie came for two hours with someone else and charged $250, and first asked for $300. That’s a rate for well over $50/hr/person, using my materials. Floors were not mopped, many areas not fully clean, again the expectation was a deep clean. Microwave not clean fridge not cleaned couch not vaccummed, floors not mopped. I’m beyond myself.
