Eric was recommended to my by a friend. He is one of the few contractors that shows up when he says he will show up. Any delay in arrival is communicated with a text informing you he is delayed. During the few weeks he worked in my house, I got to know Eric pretty well. He is honest, fair and a "regular" guy. He does not come across as your typical contractor out to do the least amount of work for the most pay. I was home during the time he re-did my bathroom. He was open to my suggestions, changes to plans and materials. His price is transparent and fair. I would use Eric again. I have several projects this fall.
