- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $185/hr, with a minimum of 2/hrs. We provide discounts for our Veterans, Physically Disabled, Senior Citizens and College Students. We also offer Holiday and seasonal promotions. We love our customers and want to make your move "The Best Move You'll Ever Make". We may be a little higher than your average mover, but you get what you pay for. We always go the extra mile for our client's and want them to be satisfied with our work. We do little things that mean a lot, for i.e., wiping down the furniture before we wrap it in our blankets, lets be honest dust bunnies and cobwebs hide everywhere and it's nice to have clean furniture moved in to your new home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We insist on conducting a survey. We prefer to do an onsite survey's; however, when we are unable to, we provide different options; such as virtual survey's, phone survey's and photo based survey's. This enables us to provide you with a more accurate estimate for your service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Movers have over 25 years of professional moving experience. We offer training to our Movers to enhance their knowledge of different packing styles, personal safety, proper moving technique, like proper bending and lifting. We require an annual physical to make sure that our Movers are in their best shape. Moving is a physically demanding job. We also provide training videos to be better prepared for your move.
