- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide competitive pricing with quick service and high quality work. We will always provide, upfront options and pricing, prior to performing any work; if approved, we can typically stay and perform the service at that time (within reason). At Kud-Pro Plumbing, we value those that protect and serve our country, we provide a 10% military discount, in addition to a 5% senior discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We value ALL of our customers and treat each of them, as if it is the first time doing business. During scheduling, we will discuss all of the appointment particulars, such as establishing the day and time of the appointment, work needed to be performed, acceptable payment methods, etc. We will go over exactly what the customer can expect from us. We will contact the customer prior to dispatching to confirm someone will be there and notify that the technician is on his way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
John is a master plumber holding a P1 license; he actively participates in continuing education of his trade.
