- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There a $125 service call fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a phone consult is done first to discuss the issue. From there we are able to get a better idea of the problem and possible solutions. If the problem can be fixed, we are happy to troubleshoot over the phone. Should the system need and in person assessment, there is a $125 service call fee. A full system check will be done to ensure the problem will be resolved upon completion. We will discuss what needs to done and pricing prior to starting the job always.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the water well industry for 20 years. During my career, I gained valuable experience servicing and installing well pumps, tanks and filtration. In addition to technical experience, I have also held positions in sales, which provided me with a wide knowledge base of products and applications. I am licensed in the state of NY and CT. I have kept up with continuing education and have also taught continuing education for technical applications.
