Most disappointing contractor experience I have had, and we’ve been operating this property for nearly 7 years. Took a $100 fee to come out and diagnose the problem. Said we needed a new igniter and he would handle it. Not only was the igniter not the issue, but he never handled it. Zero communication and even when he said he was going to help he would disappear for another day. Tried marking us up $200 for an igniter which we ended up buying ourselves for a tenth of the price. He never answered calls or texts. Gave zero effort and misdiagnosed our problem. Wasted several days of our time and continued to confirm he was “working on it” while tenants had no heat. I called a more reputable firm who came to fix it same day for half the price. AVOID.
