Fernela J. says, "John came by for an initial assessment and we decided to go with him based on him answering all of our questions, the scope of the project and the estimated cost. We agreed upon a day/time and he and his partner showed up on time and ready to work. I was unaware that the work would take all day and on a Saturday they worked on 3 rooms replacing light fixtures. As a courtesy I provided lunch as I often do for those who I hire to do work in the home and let them know uhm the food is here, lol. They were so focused on the work at hand. I truly can’t say enough good things about them! Their quiet respectful mannerisms, explaining the work, asking if they can go to the basement or other access points to facilitate the work. We spoke with him before leaving and thanked them for a great job; and assured him we’d be repeat customers as we anticipate additional projects. On a scale of 1-10, I without hesitation give his business a 12/10- John and company go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, reasonable cost, with strong work ethics, punctuality, and the bonus is spotless clean up.
