I worked with Roto King some years ago and still had his number in my phone. My tub faucet was leaking hot water for over a week. I had done some research and knew what I needed to purchase, but I wanted the job done right, without issue. My regular plumber was unavailable, so I reached out to Wddie and he was there very promptly. It took him about 3 minutes to asses, and he advised that for labor and cost of parts it would be $430+ to fix. As I am a supporter of local small business, I assumed that this would be legitimate. He went to his truck and pulled the same piece I researched at Home Depot which costed approximately $35.00. He spent about 25 minutes in total fixing the part. He told jokes, laughed and everything was all set. A short while later, we went to the basement and noticed water leaking from the water heater; this is something we never saw in the 5+ years we’ve lived here. I called Eddie back to my home, and long story short this was his attitude- “my name is Bennet, and I’m not in it”. Not only did he fail to assist in any way, he advised that stuff like this happens, but I need to purchase a new water heater, anywhere from $800-$3000. He mentioned a trip in the water heater that he could not touch due to liability. He refunded me $100 for the inconvenience. When I finally talked to my normal plumber, we confirmed the piece that was used for my delta tub set up, and when I told him the price, he advised I’d been taken advantage of. I did not want to believe this, but the moment Eddie told me the cost of his “experience and time” as he worded it, I knew I had been had. When I brought this to his attention, he told me to write a bad review and threatened to have the cops come with him to remove the work he did. No need for that- but I wanted to keep my word. I will never, EVER utilize his services again, and if anyone asks, I will shout from the rooftops how unfair his pricing was to me.

Eddie came out and very quickly fixed the clog, luckily it was no bursted pipes. Reasonable with pricing. Very nice and professional.

Eddie was very responsive and helpful with my plumbing leak. He came by as soon as he could for the emergency, and kept open communication for when he could come back and finish the rest of the issue. I don't hope for anymore plumbing issues, but if I do, I know who to call.
