- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a service of 85-125 for me to come out and diagnose the problem the once problem us found we talk repair prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contacted them set a time to come out sent them an estimate through my CRM and it comes right to there phone they approve it them I come perform my duties with integrity and hope to get and repeat client with my great work that I accomplished.
