Update: so after 8 months or so, the leak was observed again in the recent heavy rain. The work was done nicely in Apr2024 and contract said one year warranty. We are still in the warranty period, I am requesting Javier to come and check why this leak happened at the same spot after 8-9month. Just to make sure everything is fine with the flashing/roof cricket. But they are not willing to come. That’s not accepted. We are still in the warranty period.
They worked really hard to solve my roof leak issues. And eventually came with the cricket flashing idea , which did the work. Thank you guys for your hard work

Had/Have an issue with a leak on the roof by the chimney. They inspected, gave me a free quote. They worked on the leak, were not able to fix it. Contacted them again, they were quick in responding and re-addressing the issue.
Unfortunately, the water is still coming in (less), I may add. Contacted them again and they stated that it must be a chimney problem, they said that they will be able to return and would charge me for a material and labor to paint/spray on the chimney.
Unfortunately the issue was not fixed and I decided not to pay extra for the same issue.
