- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide a fair price of what's need to be done, but if customer want to work with us, they just need to talk to us about their budget and we can see if we can work with them. Most of the time we offer discounts to all our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an appointment to do the inspection after we found the issues we let the customer know and they we provided an on-site estimate to fix the issues if they agree with the price, we schedule a day to start the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We need 5 training in order to get our certificate for restoration damages.
