- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Gatsby does a thorough analysis of customer's service needs to determine the price. Measuring the areas of services, analysis of the landscape conditions, equipment/materials needs, and estimate of labor time. This allows for transparency in each step by step for each service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gatsby is looking to partner with customers on their landscaping journey. COVID has more than ever connected us to nature. We find that customers want to level up their landscape according to their taste as they now spend more time outside. We start by understanding your vision, preferences, needs, and wants so that we can best support you. Within this journey, we listen with an effort to understand your priorities and advice based on our experience.
