- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we get $90 for the service call and diagnostic fee at that time we will give you an exact price with parts and labor we will not charge a second service call if we do not have the parts and have to come back we offer a 10% senior discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
as soon as you get back to us we will make arrangements to come out most of the time the same day or next day thank you
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
went to school for appliance repair on all brands in 1976 in Cherry Hill N.J. I also attend all seminars on new products and repairs
