Hi my name is Ferhad, I’m the owner of Koja Contracting. We are a general contractor and builder that specialize in mid to high-end new construction, additions and renovations. I’m a third generation builder and also have a bachelors degree in construction management. With that it helps us be able to set us apart from the competition with our managing of the projects schedule, our clients expectations/goals, and the overall success of the project as a whole.
At Koja our motto is “From conception to completion, we are your builders” and we work hard on a daily basis to make sure that that remains true.

Koja Contracting transformed the steps at the entrance of our 40 year old restaurant business. Wow, what an upgrade! This crew framed an addition at my home + demo’d what was there prior. They did top-quality work, hit deadlines and made the right decisions for the job even when it went against their own best interest. They were fair, courteous and easy to deal with. Rare find nowadays. I highly recommend.

Our experience with Koja was nothing short of great! We had them replace all the windows in the house.
They came first thing in the morning and began their work straight away. They were fast, professional, and very kind. We appreciated their attention to detail in framing the windows both inside and outside.
All our questions were answered and they kept us in the loop throughout the project.
In fact, we’ll be calling them again for another project!
