- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our technicians always offer upfront pricing so you have the option to approve/disapprove any recommended repairs. Our pricing is also by task, not by hourly rate. The price our technician quotes you for the repair is the same price whether is takes him 1 hour or 3 and a half hours!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically our process when working with new customers includes gathering important information such as your name, your billing/service address, the best phone number to contact you on, and your email. Then whether you are in need of service or simply need routine maintenance we send a technician to your home, where before he leaves your home he writes up a complete work summary. The work summary includes all work performed during the visit as well as the equipment information of the unit the work was performed on.

We are a fully licensed and insured company. We are also an accredited company with the Better Business Bureau.
