Squad 5 Stars installed 6 vinyl replacement windows in my house in Norwalk. The owner, Elder, was a pro from start to finish. He responded to my Thumbtack inquiry immediately, came out to take measurements, gave me a detailed written quote with no pressure, answered my questions, and took care of ordering and picking up the windows from the supplier. On installation day, Elder and his team showed up right on time, completed the job in a single day, and left the jobsite super clean! I highly recommend Squad 5 Stars!

I reached out for a quote to replace a picture window in my condo. Elder was amazing. He reached out immediately and walked me through the process. He got in touch with the window people and did all the hard work. All I had to do was confirm and pay. Once the window came in, he handled the pickup and installation. Great work!

Elder was a top notch professional. We installed 1x window in my upstairs loft area and he did the work quickly and efficiently all in one day.
He was communicative and responsive through the entire process and kept me up to date throughout the job.
