FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
"My pricing reflects the level of quality, expertise, and attention to detail I bring to every flooring project. While I am not the cheapest option, I ensure that you're getting top-notch craftsmanship and long-lasting results. I offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Discounts are available for larger projects or returning clients, and I’m always open to discussing options to meet your budget while maintaining high standards. Ultimately, I believe in delivering value that stands the test of time."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
"My typical process begins with an initial consultation, where I meet with the customer to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for the space. I’ll offer advice on materials, styles, and designs that best suit their goals. Once we’ve agreed on the scope, I provide a clear, detailed estimate outlining costs, timeline, and any other considerations. After approval, I schedule the installation and work efficiently to minimize disruption. Throughout the process, I maintain open communication, keeping the customer informed of progress. I ensure that the job site is clean and organized each day and that the final result exceeds expectations. My goal is to make the entire experience seamless, from start to finish."
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
"In addition to 14 years of hands-on experience, I’ve had the opportunity to work for major retailers like Home Depot and Lowe's, which gave me exposure to a wide variety of flooring projects and customer needs. Currently, I am a member of Union 326, where I continue to refine my skills and stay up-to-date with industry standards. This combination of real-world experience, retail training, and union affiliation ensures that I bring both expertise and professionalism to every job."
