- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and ask a few questions about the problem, occasionally requesting photos. Then, I explain the process and associated costs, presenting options for how they may want to address it. Once a choice is made, I inform them that, upon receiving the necessary parts, I can complete the repair within 24 to 48 hours, typically less than 24 hours unless an unforeseen issue arises. Generally, I am prompt in my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a computer servicing certificate from gateway community college and I'm now pursuing my comptia a+.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a range of customers, from the daily home user to local businesses. If I provide a quote for the job, I am confident that I can get it done without a doubt!
