- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The whole process is a learning experience at times, both for the client as well as myself. Lots of questions, lots of listening, and lots exploring. Digging to find the needs, wants, likes, and dislikes are what makes a successful event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have three decades of experience! I have not only been a participant, but an observer of what to do and what not to do at events. The best education is that of experience and doing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My customers have run the spectrum. From Titans of industry to the Party Planner to the Housewife to the spouse who wants to do something nice for their love.
