- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is flat-rate, upfront, and includes standard materials—no hidden fees. I offer fair, competitive rates with top-quality work. Estimates are always free, and I’ll review everything with you before starting. Ask about our seasonal discounts and current lighting install specials!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by offering a free estimate and taking time to understand exactly what the customer needs. I’ll walk the project with them, answer any questions, and provide clear, upfront pricing. Once we agree on the scope and price, I schedule the job at a time that works best for them. Throughout the project, I keep communication clear and make sure everything is done safely, cleanly, and up to code.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 24 years of hands-on experience in the electrical field. I completed a 4-year apprenticeship through IECRM, am OSHA 30 certified, hold an NFPA 70E safety certification, and I’m a licensed Master Electrician
