Our pricing is competitive and reflects the high-quality, specialized service we provide. We offer discounts for veterans and repeat clients to honor their loyalty and service. All fees are transparent and provided upfront; there are no hidden costs. Travel expenses are included in the quote for events outside of Colorado. Given the nature of our work with high-profile clients, our rates include the premium for security and confidentiality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: We begin with a detailed discussion about the event, your specific needs, and any special requests. Security and Confidentiality: For events requiring clearance, we handle all necessary paperwork and protocols. Customized Plan: We then create a tailored event photography plan, ensuring we capture the essence of your event. Booking and Confirmation: Once the plan is approved and the deposit is made, we secure the date(s) for your event. Event Execution: Our team arrives early for setup and preparation, executing the plan with precision and professionalism.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 14 years of hands-on experience in event photography, starting from a young age. My team and I have received formal training in photography, lighting, and post-processing techniques. We are continuously updating our skills with the latest photography technology and trends. As a Veteran-owned business, we have unique training in security and operational protocols, which is essential for our work with government and defense clients. All members of Perfectionshoots hold degrees in cinematography and have specialized training in various lighting techniques, ensuring we can create the perfect ambiance for any event. I personally have a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications with a focus on photography, which has provided me with a strong foundation in visual storytelling and media production. My background as a trained Public Affairs specialist in the U.S. military has equipped me with unique skills in managing sensitive information and understanding the nuances of high-profile events. This comprehensive educational background, combined with our hands-on experience, sets us apart in delivering exceptional photography services for a wide range of events.
