Serena C. says, "The service call is not $0. I was charged $200 and was not made aware until the tech showed up on my doorstep. My issue was rectified without the electrician having to use a tool. I feel like I was put in a vulnerable position being that i needed help with electricity which can be dangerous. I think it’s ethical and fair to disclose dispatch pricing prior to them sending a technician. I reported this to the office because I do felt was injustly charged.
But Mr Christian, the company owner, took it upon himself to call me and to hear my concerns. He reassured me that he understood where my concerns were coming from and he rectified the issue immediately.
I am beyond grateful of him even taking the time to talk to me, and clarified the pricing. I feel like with Mr Christian, I can trust this company to do the right thing and I feel better about the whole process."See more
