- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not the cheapest company and we never do cheap work. We offer a quality service and charge accordingly for that service. With 30 years of experience and one of the best reputations around, we promise to give you your money's worth and promise you'll be happy you chose us. If you're price shopping, you should go to Craigslist. That's where the cheap guys are. We don't try to compete with the cheap guys' prices because if we do, we will have to compete with their quality as well and that would give us a bad reputation. We provide top quality work at a top quality price. We are not the Craigslist cleaners and we don't clean carpet with a $400 Oreck Orbiter. The old adage, "You get what you pay for.", stands true to this day and will for many years to come.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we like to do a walk-through and address any concerns the customer may have. We firmly believe in educating our customers on the carpet cleaning industry standards to allow them to be better informed and make a good decision. Once a customer has been properly educated on the different methods, types of carpet, and other industry knowledge, they tend to be confident in their decision to choose Pink's.
