- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Water Works is very competitively priced amongst our peers in Colorado. We do not employ the high pressure sales that many of our peers do. We will not try to sell you on a soap package to close the sale.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Water Works will visit your home, test your water, inspect the plumbing (critical) and make a recommendation. Many of our peers do not inspect plumbing and therefore cannot disclose if they are only treating some of the water in the house or all of it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Al Green has been in the water treatment for 50 years. He has worked with just about every major water treatment manufacturer at some point in his career.
