I first met Michael when he designed a large commercial project for our company. Recently he designed an addition for our home, complete with an outdoor kitchen, sitting area and pantry. The design looks like it was built
with the original home. He has excellent design ideas.

As the previous Vice President of AmCap and head of Construction, I had been working with Mike Bray and MB Architect LLC for almost 2 decades. Mr. Bray is very professional and adaptive to the needs of my projects. His ego does NOT come into play (like a lot of other architects that I have worked with in the past) and he always approaches his work as if he were an owner of the property and not a mere contractor working on a random property. As such, Mr. Bray always made sure that my projects were cost appropriate and that the degree of "flexibility" I needed in each of his construction projects were always taken into account. Mr. Bray was always very responsive and had an impressive "turn around time" for his drawings. Mr. Bray also collaborated with the choice of the contractors and subs selected for each project. Mr. Bray was also the one who dealt directly with the various building departments in obtaining building permits and always seemed to have a good relationship with those various departments. Once construction started on these projects, Mr. Bray inspected the progress and quality of the work so that there would be no "surprises" during the construction and close out phase of the project. All in all, it was a pleasure working with Mr. Bray and I would highly recommend his work and work ethic.
