We celebrated a 40th wedding anniversary with a family of six. My husband is usually the chef, but I wanted to give him a break on our day. And it was a surprise. Beverly at Foothills Catering provided good communication with me before, after booking and through the delivery. I chose the Dinner Buffet with Red Wine Braised Short Ribs, Tuscan Seared Sirloin Tips, Strawberry Caprese Salad, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, roasted vegetables and Street Corn. Everything was excellent. Our group enjoyed all of it. Beverly delivered the food early to the place we rented in Estes Park. Included serving set up, disposable dishes, utensils and napkins. Highly recommend for great service, many choices and delicious food!

Great food, listen to some of my concerns about certain family members being gluten free and they kept sauces on the side for those that didn't want it. I give you a 5 star for, communication, service, staff, friendliness, and your wonderful tasty food. Your BBQ buffet was the best I have had in along time. My entire wedding enjoyed the food and spoke very highly and everything foothills made for us. Thank you so much Niki and foothills catering family for making my wedding amazing. August 14th 2021 was be a day of amazing food and close friends and family. I highly recommend using foothills catering for your special days or events.

Nikki and her team where absolutely amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding meal. Nikki was very helpful through out the whole planning process (even during a global pandemic).
