- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee covers our trip charge and a complete diagnosis of the appliance. The service call fee always goes towards the cost of repair. Not believe any company that states that they are waving any charge. These companies are not honest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide excellent service to all of our customers. Weather they use us for the first time or every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Fred’s appliance University in 2009. I’ve been repairing appliances with multiple different companies over the last 15 years. We specialize in refrigeration.
