I was planning to build an ADU and had an extremely good experience with Alex and Rebekah at F9 productions. They helped both with the architectural design and with communication with the city of Longmont's building department. I decided to buy a house instead after the initial plans were completed for the city and there were no strings attached with my change of plans.I highly recommend their services and they will be my first choice if I decide to build anything in the future.

We are part of a construction company and have worked with the F9 team on many jobs. They are by far the best architect, engineer and design team we have found. They go above and beyond what the majority of architects do. Lance and his team have actual construction experience which is a major difference among other architects. Not only can they dream big, but they understand how to build it to code. The communication is outstanding and we are informed every step of the way. F9 has helped our customers have a stellar experience through design and its been a great reflection of our business. They remain our best partner by far. The F9 team puts forth a lot of effort navigating through permitting and working to get approvals in difficult jurisdictions. This has taken a lot of the bureaucratic tasks and back and forth with cities and counties off our plates which allow us to focus on other tasks. Alex at F9 productions was top notch. I was looking to do an addition or ADU for my parents to have space to stay at my house. Alex was fast to communicate and tried to come up with multiple options to accommodate what we were looking for. Ultimately, the expected rough estimate of cost was higher than we currently had available, and I appreciated F9 being upfront about potential cost before we got too far down the road. Most companies will tell you a lower number to get you to move forward and get you stuck in a tough financial situation later when the cost is too high. I am hopeful that we will continue forward with the addition once we figure out the finances and it will be because of the trust that I have in Alex and his good business principles.Thanks!Tristano

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have standard pricing because there aren't standard design problems. Each client has their own unique design challenges and we custom tailor our pricing to each customer to give them the best bang for their buck!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally we like to first do a meet and greet at our client's place of business, residence, or plot of land they are planning to build upon. After that meeting we put together a detailed proposal outlining the design or drafting process. The process typically involves 4 stages: Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documentation, and Permit Documentation/Submittal.
