Matt is a true professional. Other roofers just saw dollar signs and went straight for the insurance claim. He told me my roof was in decent shape and that I would be better off not filing a claim. Sanded me a ton of money and headache from doing repairs I didn’t need.

I reached out to have my siding repaired. Leo came over right away for a free estimate. He gave me a very fair price quote. His team was able to get the job done for me less than a week later. The repair looks great! I will have them tackle my next project for sure!

It was a pleasure working with Matt and his crew. They did an outstanding job removing and installing garage and house siding, windows and garage roof. They added house wrap before siding, and all windows were also sealed water tight with window tape. At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up any kind of debris from the day’s work. Matt quickly responded to any calls or texts that I sent to him with concerns or questions. And, of course, with renovations, there are always unexpected additional repairs. Matt and his site manager were so helpful in communicating those problems to me, and explaining the kind of repair work that was needed and any additional cost. I highly recommend them.

We are extremely happy and highly recommend Road Home Exteriors. Matt Danitz met with us and gave us a quote. Matt works with very skilled tradesmen who delivered timely on all our projects: our siding repairs to house, repairs to the shed, replaced our roof, upgraded roof venting. added turbines. and painting of entire house and sheds. We could not be any happier. It was nice to work with Matt through the whole process. Road Home exteriors truly treats your home as if it were theirs too. I can’t wait to see if the upgrades have helped our energy costs. Road Home Exterior was reasonably priced compared to several other quotes from other roofing companies. I appreciate RHE’s customer service and industry knowledge in helping us decide which roof would best suit our needs. The roof we picked is helping lower our homeowners insurance. And it appears the roof held up in the recent hail storm. On 5/10/23 about a month after the project was completed we had the hail storm, and Matt contacted us to and said he will stop by what needs to be repaired. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive and thorough. We try to offer a NO CHANGE ORDER GUARANTEE as we believe that most exterior projects can be quoted accurately up front. We do not play the game of "if you sign today we'll discount it by this much." Our pricing is accurate from the start.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet on site when possible to review the project. We offer a full exterior evaluation including the siding, windows, roofing, paint and gutters. We will offer an honest assessment of how to get more life out of your exterior whether that be a small repair or full replacement. Typically we provide quotes within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained by the Colorado Roofing Association in both sloped and flat roofs. We are proud to be licensed and insured! We always take advantage of manufacturer training and stay up to date with current products. We are here to help you pick the right product for YOU, not sell you what is right for us.
