After previously giving a 5-star review for Pulse Services immediately after they completed my three-task plumbing project about 10 days ago, and we paid them in-full, I now need to amend that to a 1-star review.
Here’s why:

Jordan of Pulse Plumbing was paid to do three tasks:
#1) Set a free standing tub
#2) install a shower head in the shower
#3) set the tub filler/and set-up the shower-sprayer combo for the tub
They’ve been back already to fix task #1), and now tomorrow they’re scheduled to come back (after a seven day wait for the plumber to return) to fix task #2) which is leaking.
Now, tonight, just now, I discovered an issue with task #3) when we tried to use the handheld shower arm on the tub filler for the first time, and water sprayed and gushed all over the place from a side gasket on the showerhead hose.
IT’S JUST TOO MUCH.
These folks are kind and polite over the phone and in-person, but when you’re paying a licensed plumbing to properly complete three tasks, and you’ve got to call him back to fix all three, that’s more than being human and making unintended mistakes. That’s sub-par careless work.
Super unhappy.
Would not recommend.
