This is who I am. I run my business with passion and the utmost integrity. I absolutely love what I'm blessed to be able to do, and I pass that along to those in front of me. I'm committed to helping people change their lives. Increasing not only how they look, but how they see the world. This is what separates me. I'm in love with this process more every single day. Just so we’re clear, I am local to Colorado. So I apologize if I appear local to you and you are not interested in remote training.
The journey. Wellness is one of the areas in our lives that we often overlook until it's no longer available. My greatest transformations with others have been both mental and physical. Once someone gets to the point where they operate efficiently, and start to look the way they saw themselves ideally...other parts of their life improves. My most enjoyable moments come from those who also experience changes in other aspects of their life.

I came to Vee with a very specific goal — help me lose around 20 lbs to fit into my wedding dress. I had been trying to do it on my own and just hadn’t been getting there and was getting down to the wire with 3 months to go. I felt lost and defeated. Vee was interested in getting to the root of the need and dug into the things that had gotten me there. He provided personal training and nutrition coaching as well that helped me change my perspective on weight loss and health altogether. He helped me to see that it’s not a perfection game and showed me how to take the steps needed. Not only did I hit the goal, but I exceeded it and had to get the dress taken in twice!! I felt beautiful on my wedding day and for that, I will be eternally grateful.
