We had the resurfacing/reglaing done, it immediately chipped/bubbled without even a single use. David did come back out to try again, but the caulking was sub par, missed a few spots and it was sloppy and the second reglaze he just sprayed right over the previous caulk like so I'm sure that will be a problem in the future... Also got in an argument with his co-worker while in my home which was unprofessional to say the least.
