The entire process was very positive. Bertha was very helpful in determining the right flooring for our needs. The installers were professional and did a wonderful job. We interviewed several companies for our complete home flooring project and Floor Coverings International set themselves apart from the competition. Bertha, the owner, came to our house extremely prepared with a van full of flooring options - she took the showroom to our home! Bertha has a great sense of style and design so no surprise that her first recommendation on flooring was instantly our favorite even though we looked at several other options. Bertha and her team did an amazing job tearing out our old tile floor and replacing with new LVP flooring. This was a very messy job and they kept it to a minimum and cleaned up after. We would definitely use her again for any flooring needs.
