- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We always encourage our clients to consider the investment in their HVAC units based on certain criteria. -Is this your forever home? •If so, you may want to consider getting a higher SEER2 rating for your Air Conditioning unit and a higher efficiency Furnace, 90% AFUE or greater. It is best to future proof your home by adding these systems in order to prepare for rising energy costs. Not only will you save money over a long period of time but by investing in better equipment you may qualify for certain rebates and tax credits.
