Steve is the BEST! I love my lessons with him, I've had 3 so far and plan to continue for as long as I can. He is so kind and passionate and manages to strike the perfect balance between working on things I'm struggling with and working on fundamentals. Lessons are never boring with him and even after just a few lessons I already see progress in my bass playing.

Steve is an excellent teacher and works very well with my daughter. As a result, she is making great progress and really enjoys playing her electric bass guitar. Steve has done a wonderful job bridging the gap between playing a stand up double bass and the electric bass.

Steve is more than a bass instructor. He is a die-hard fan of music (all types), an incredible musician, and a patient and intelligent teacher. As an added bonus, he builds basses, guitars, mandolins, etc..., and can help with any setup or technical questions/issues you may have. The flexibility and studio space are great too!
