- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any Water, Fire, Smoke, or Mold remediation job which is an insurance claim has set prices through Xactimate. If you as The Client makes an insurance claim, you are only responsible for the Deductible. If the Client is not making an insurance claim, the pricing is more flexible. Carpet Cleaning services are usually invoiced per room. Dryer Vent Cleaning is a flat fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Collaboration. Restoration 1 of Northern Colorado finds the most effective way to complete any job is through communication and collaboration with all parties involved - the Client, the Insurance Agent, and the Insurance Adjuster.
