- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My average wedding cake serving about 70 guests is about $650. This does not include delivery. All of our cakes are custom, so prices are custom. Your cake may be less or more depending on size, flavor and design.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every customer gets my full attention when it comes to their cakes. When you ask for a quote, I’ll give you a general quote of about what you will spend. It will show up as N/A usually as I don’t want to give a final quote that is incorrect. When it’s accepted we will talk more about exactly what you are looking for. We will look at pictures, chat about flavor options, design and more. Then I will come up with a custom quote to fit your exact needs. Once that is accepted, you will receive an invoice where a 50% deposit is payed. After your deposit is payed I can begin working on your cake!
