FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes an additional 1.5 hours to your job estimate for time. Unless you expect my bartenders to walk in with everything set up from linens to trash cans and garnishes prepared, we require a time to set up and become familiar with your layout and expectations. I add 30 minutes to the end of our services so that we can leave the area as you request and to pack up our trash and equipment. My price includes basic bar equipment, straws, white cocktail napkins and salt.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy consulting with my customers regarding their special day. Do you plan on having a signature drink? What is your theme? What are your expectations for the bar? From there, we cover how many guests, what we are serving, when is last call. I decide what equipment is needed to make the event run smoothly for the bar and discuss whether the customer or we provide the equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I, personally, have over 10 years of experience in bartending, hospitality and event staffing. I am TIPS Certified. I am ServSafe Certified. My staff is TIPS Certified and the majority of my staff has 5 or more years of experience.
