Foundation work can be daunting, but Daniel was great at explaining the options. They kept a very clean work site and were efficient. They patched foundation cracks/epoxy injections, installed insulation and a vapor barrier in our unfinished crawl space, and installed a French drain outside. Would definitely recommend this company.

Legacy Structural is amazing. I reached out for structural issues at our new home and we wanted a company that understood old homes, and wouldn’t try and push us into products we don’t need. Our engineer provided the plans for the work and after multiple bids Legacy Structural won the business because of the owner Daniel and his expertise. They exceeded our expectations and provided a lot of complimentary advice about our home. I appreciate his willingness to give advice even if he was not being paid for it. During the project a few things came up that were surprises to all of us, but Daniel took care of the extra work at no additional cost to us. It’s hard to find companies that are honest, show up on time, and work hard, and Legacy Structural did just that. We highly recommend Legacy Structural.
