Alan met with us in person to provide multiple samples, suggestions, and discuss installation details. He even provided suggestions beyond the samples he offered in person via text, after we met. We scheduled installation two days after closing, then ordered flooring to be delivered to Home Depot. He arrived promptly that morning, removed the old carpet, and prepped the subfloor for LVP installation right away. He picked up the flooring, completed installation, and returned the excess flooring (I mistakenly ordered too much) all in the same day. We were refunded for the excess flooring he returned, he reduced the price due to less labor, finished ahead of schedule, and we didn’t have to lift a finger! He works efficient, fast, and to perfection. Our floors look amazing, and we’re incredibly grateful that we chose On Top Flooring. He saved us money, planned effectively with us, finished ahead of schedule, and the end result is flawless. 11/10, would absolutely recommend!"See more
