Couldn't be happier with this company. Mark went above and beyond to make sure I received a great install. He and his team were great. My only regret is that I did not hire him sooner. I hired Mark when I was in need of repairs to get cabinets installed and was happy that he ended up being a one-stop shop for us.

Mark was extremely helpful with all of my questions and helping me find other professionals to help finish my basement. I have had a tight budget and he has been willing to help get me in contact with other experts like electricians and drywallers. He also did an outstanding job (better than expected) with finishing my framing of the walls and soffits that I needed for my basement. I would recommend him to anyone.

I hired Greenback Builders to do an extensive remodel of my kitchen, powder room and laundry. I hired GB after reading reviews on TT. My experience was totally different from the reviews I read. There were SO many mistakes! My remodel included adding a 36” window in my kitchen. The window opening was cut 6” off center, requiring a new exterior hole cut. The repair job looks horrible! After my island was set it was discovered there was not enough room to move my fridge out for service/cleaning. Mark did not want to move my island and used every excuse in the book to not have to move it. That fiasco also caused my pendent light needing to be recentered. Mark charged me $400 for the repair (the mistake he made) and it looks horrible! When installing my custom cabinets, three times he almost went through my sidewalls, leaving visible pock marks. Mark rolled out my ceiling without protecting my new LVT floor causing paint splatters everywhere. The door opening to my basement was not properly sealed during construction, causing sheetrock dust to cover everything in my basement. My food pantry is down there! It took me over 30 hours to clean up all of the dust. I have a newly installed door that is falling off its hinges. I also have a threshold that was not properly installed. The advice from GB was to hire someone to stretch my carpet. As a compromise Mark told me he did not mark up my cabinets. I bought them directly from KAMTZ, saving myself a ton of money! On multi occasions Mark said he would send someone to clean my floors and basement- that never materialized. I did the cleaning myself and have hired a reputable contractor to fix Marks errors. There were so many Faux Paus I can’t list all of them! I have ask Mark to remove my photos from his social media accounts, he refuses! Would I hire him again-NO! I tried to upload photos of everything I mentioned above, however TT keeps giving me an error message "Upload failed" UPDATE: Well, it’s been almost a year since I hired Greenback Builders to do an extensive remodel in my home. Since then, I have had an additional 20k of remodel services performed. The contractor I hired did an excellent job at all the tasks required, however when it came to fixing Marks errors (even though he told me he would help me out with Marks mistakes 😡) he made the comment he does not have time for service work! In his defense he has two huge kitchen remodels, one was in progress and the other one was starting next month. The owner of KAMTZ (the cabinet maker) came to my house and was able to fix two of the three pock marks, however the photo shown in my prior post is not fixable and will cost $300.00 to replace the panel, plus labor. I’m not sure who to turn to next to make me house whole again. It’s so frustrating! I guess will try and find a Handy Man that will do service work. I paid Mark over 17K for his expertise 😂 to remodel my Kitchen, laundry and powder room! When you pay someone that much money they should guarantee their work! In my opinion GB Builders should stick to Sheds and Chicken Coops, he is not qualified to do major kitchen remodels
