Codey was great to work with - very responsive and helpful from the beginning! Replacing the nasty downstairs carpet in my house was something on the to-do list for a while - new vinyl plank flooring has really upgraded the space and makes it a better place to hang out for all family members. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are competitive and because it’s a 2 man team I can guarantee the lowest price. I will price match any quote from another installer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I reach out via text, email, or call and ask to discuss your flooring needs and I will give a ballpark estimate, 2nd we schedule a measurement and I bring you samples based on your preferences, 3rd we finalize the quote and schedule the install. 4th. We deliver and install your new floors! 5th we collect payment( in some cases I ask for half payment to purchase materials after we finalize the quote.)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
9+ years of on the job experience, trained by my father, he was trained by his father, long line of contractors in the family.
