I wish I could give them more stars! I am openly neurotic about my house and the work that is done to it, so I was very anxious about how the cutting/fitting of a butcher block countertop for my laundry room would go. I could not be happier with the beautiful job they did! The counter fit like a glove and they finagled it onto the wall cleats in my tiny space without damaging my wallpaper or cabinets. I immediately sent photos to my friends afterwards gushing about the results. On top of that, they were on time, communicative about their arrival time, friendly, and polite. Even offered to take their shoes off (I didn’t make them) which I love because I’m a clean freak. I’ll definitely be hiring them for all of my future house projects.

Key Improvements did an excellent job for us! They responded promptly to my request, came in person the next day to visit with us about what work we wanted done, offered useful suggestions, then provided us with a detailed quote in a timely manner. Their knowledge, professionalism and excellent communication skills convinced us to approve their quote and set a date for them to start work. They arrived as expected and proceeded to transform our small utility room. While removing multiple layers of old flooring, they discovered significant, unexpected water damage. They agreed to do the extra work to replace the weakened material with a reasonable increase in the quoted price for the project. Altogether, they upgraded the underlying subfloor, installed new vinyl sheet flooring, replaced the ugly cove moulding with bright white polyurethane baseboard, repainted walls and woodwork and installed a new wall cabinet for laundry supplies. What an amazing difference! And they were polite, quiet and respectful of our property throughout the time they worked in our home. They are definitely 5-star professionals! We highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work done and will definitely call them again if we have another project of this type.

We like to get a detailed idea from the customer to have more clarity about their project. We’ll coordinate times for scheduling and dates that can accommodate parties involved. Once there is an agreement, We show up on site to do a walkthrough to provide an accurate estimate.
