- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Platinum Home Service charges a $39 evaluation fee to take a look at your project and provide you with an estimate. This fee is waived if you choose to move forward with the project. We also have a promotion of 10% off your first service with a maximum amount of $250.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Platinum Home Service will collect some basic information like name, phone number, home or business address, and email address to establish you in our system. You can also book an appointment online through our website. We provide in person estimates catered to your specific needs. Same day service is provided for projects that can be completed in a shorter time frame. We accept payment in for the form of cash, check, debit and credit card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner of Platinum Home Service, I have 24 years of experience in the building industry. This encompasses a wide range of skillsets to provide my clients with the best results possible without having to outsource labor. Carpentry, trim carpentry, drywall and paint, flooring and tile, windows and doors, electrical, equipment operator, as well as being a licensed plumber with many certified installer certificates.
