For $80/month we include: - Access to state of the art rental software - Online monthly rent collection - Monthly owner payouts - 24/7 Owner Portal for any reports or financials - 24/7 Tenant Portal for any requests or questions - Year-end 1099 - Tenant to Owner maintenance Coordination - 24/7 emergency responses For 50% of the first months rent: - We professionally advertise your rental - Daytime, Evening or weekend showings availability - Provide thorough screening of tenants - Legal contract and lease signings - Include a 6-month renter guarantee - Move In & Move Out Inspections, with written report
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, you will contact us and we will email or talk on the phone to answer any immediate questions. We then recommend we meet at the property to gather information to run a thorough market analysis. Meeting also allows us to get to know one another and see if we would work well together! After our analysis we can send you the forms we need that allow us to represent you and market your property as soon as possible to keep your income rolling in.
