They keep calling and calling incessantly even though I have told them I am not interested and asked them to stop calling us. They called me 3 times in one morning as well as texted, and have been calling my fiancé nonstop.

Purchased property with gopher and mice problems and Edge was to handle both problems. The tech put poison in the ground and my mom's dog found it causing dog to go to vet. Edge admitted the tech made a mistake and gave me money back for vet bill so I decided to keep them on. I was lucky to find one person at Edge who understood this was a big problem, the rest of the staff at the call center was clueless. They only caught one pocket gopher during the one month gopher service (claimed but I didn't see it). Thereafter I started trapping myself and caught several gophers with ease. Edge's method is to just put a couple traps out without moving them if they don't work and to just put chewing gum in the holes, which is not effective. In addition, Edge never did the promised check for access points on my house. I finally grew tired of waiting after about a year and let them know I no longer wished for their services. They told me I had to pay an early cancellation despite their not upholding their end of the bargain and told me if I didn't pay the penalty my account would "immediately" go to collections. So now I have to spend the time and money to fight them on this? Bottom line is that you are better off taking the time to handle this stuff on your own. It is also important to note that they are based out of Utah. Edge is not a local company like others I have worked with on thumbtack (with much better results). If you want good service find a local company or just spend a few minutes on youtube learning how to take care of the problem yourself. You will be glad you did.
