- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is never solidified until inspected, but once inspected we stick to our quote. Even if it means eating some of the cost ourselves to get the job done correctly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an inspection and go from there. Getting the full picture and understanding what’s going on guarantees we put together the right treatment plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully licensed through the Colorado Department of Agriculture to handle all rodent issues, insect issues, and even wood destroying organism issues. Licensing applies to both residential and commercial locations.
