The popcorn ceiling removal was scheduled and completed quickly. There was an area that needed some more attention after completion and the contractors came back to fix it when they could. There are still a few areas where the tape can be seen, but overall, the experience was decent.

Hired to remove my outdated, gross popcorn ceilings. Started the day after he gave me an estimate. Done in two days. So fast! Looks great! Few touch ups needed around the wall where the popcorn was so thick, he wanted to help with that as well to make it 100% perfect but I opted to save a bit of money and do the paint touch ups myself. Fair price, super fast, quality work. Would recommend!

Absolutely love the work they completed for me at my townhouse! The popcorn ceiling was removed, the ceiling was retextured and painted, as well as the rest of the walls were painted. Sammy and Jose caught a couple of areas with questionable drywall while working and repaired them, which I also really appreciate the peace of mind. Sammy is fantastic! We recently purchased a house and wanted to have the popcorn removed from the ceiling prior to moving in. We had quotes from a few people, but just had a really good feeling about Sammy.
He was able to start on our schedule (about a week after our initial conversation) and did a great job. As I'm sure you know, it's very messy work, but his team handled it really well. They covered every room of the house with plastic on the doorways, walls, and floor. The work was finished on time (about four days for our home, which has very high ceilings in the livingroom and what I believe to be the world's thickest popcorn that was previously painted multiple times--yuck!). We loosely monitored the project every day and saw significant progress each day; the finished result was beautiful and everything looks bright and clean throughout.
Sammy's pricing was extremely reasonable and I would recommend him for any of your drywall, popcorn removal, or painting needs. I feel confident that when we take on our next project that requires this type of expertise, Sammy will be my first call.

Luis and his team removed my popcorn ceiling and painted my entire condo for a very reasonable price. They showed up when they said they would and went to work immediately. They did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them but reluctant to share this info because I am afraid they will be too busy the next time I need their help. 😁 But he deserves a great review and I do hope he is able to demonstrate to other his amazing work qualities.

Chris and his crew were awesome. After my listing, he came by to give an estimate on popcorn texture removal. He gave an extremely reasonable quote and time estimate for completing the project. A few days later they got to work and not only did everything on time and to budget, but the quality of work was great.
They even did extra work of fixing up a bad texturing job that wasn't part of the original plan - and he did it at no extra cost. It doesn't get much better than that. Clearly they take pride in their work. I highly recommend Construction by Chris, and will definitely be hiring them for future projects.
